ive always wanted to have my own bottle cap collection.

how much does it cost to knit a scarf??? and how many balls do u need??
i was shopping with thy and i wanted to buy a ball of yarn to start knitting ..well first learn how to knit xD ..
i found out that there is wayyy too MANY TO CHOOSE FROM and its expensive! i thought theyd b like 1 dollar or 2.. but obviously not. and one ball makes only a little rectangle right?

itd be much more easier to spend all that money to buy a scarf. LOL

and this couch is so simple yet with an addition of some girly strawberries it became more than just a red couch...it evolved into a cute red couch. LOL
..i dont know in the future if i want a modern hip house or a cute girly kiddy house or etc..

my friend is the best..
before i went to bed i checked my phone and realised that someone sent me an sms. i got excited and read it
...it wasnt something i wanted to know or read before sleeping because i was just imagining the whole thing and it was WRONG. fail. and wrong but hilarious.

..her deciding to give her downstairs area a little trim. got a pair of scissors and snipped away but being the person she is...snipped some things that werent supposed to be snipped which obviously resulted in BLOOD EVERYWHERE and i quote from her 'its like war down there'

omg so when im on the train and i hear people's music BLASTING through their earphones i always go omg are you deaf?..but then today i did the exact same thing

..i was listening to my music and even tho i did ask myself if my music was too loud i just stood there listening and surfing on the train

..i only found out that the music was too loud when i took my earphones off in the library and i can still hear the music playing away..

i guess u just dont notice.

btw..i CANNOT use earphones like these..(in-ear ones)..where u stuff it in ur ears.. i cant even use the squishy in ear ones..where its like a foamy thing and u squish it put it in ur ear and it expands to shape ur ear hole - or something like that LOL....heck i cant even use normal earphones like the apple ones..i think my ears are demented they're ugly too..i have unfixed earlobes.

i just went to aldi because I got off the wrong stop after taking t to uni. i also bumped into michelle.p! how random but it was awesome seeing her =) shes sooo cool
anyways back to aldi.. i browsed around and thought ..ok ill buy something..saw banana chews and decided to buy it cos i LOVE THEM..i also bought these orange mints which are crap .. luckily its only a dollar. LOL. so were the bananas.

well the main reason as to why i am writing this post is because i think i OD' on the banana chews..my head is spinning and my butt hurts so

omg thy ate some and she felt the same way! minus the butt bit..but she felt loopy and whatnot..ive concluded these lollies are DANGEROUS

today i discovered the difference between liners and ultra thins..
i have always thought ultra thins were the thinnest you can go..until today

i needed to buy some and i had no breaks so stuck at uni i decided to go to foodworks ..being cheap ..i decided to go for the cheapest which was the carefree liners. opened them and had a heart attack. i stared at them going ...omg..are u serious..
they were POONEY. its pads for KIDS!

met up with thy at mc and told her about them..she gave me a 101 on liners and ultra thins. LOL what are friends for =D

Excellence 50% Cocoa Petite Cup Cakes

Cupcakes

170g butter, unsalted

260g Lindt Excellence 50%

80g castor sugar

4 each eggs, separated

114g plain flour

¼ tsp baking powder

½ tsp cream of tartar

Frosting

330g Lindt Excellence 50%

20 g cocoa powder

45ml milk or Frangelico

340g butter, unsalted at room temperature

Instructions:

1. Line muffin tray with paper cups.
2. Melt chocolate and butter by placing into a bowl sitting over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water as that might burn the chocolate.
3. Stir chocolate every once and a while then. set aside to cool once melted.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and the sugar until light and pale.
5. Next, whisk the egg whites in an electric mixer until they form soft peaks. Add the cream of tartar which helps create a stiffer egg white and continue to whisk until stiff.
6. Gently mix the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg yolks and sugar mixture.
7. Sift in the flour and baking powder and gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
8. Carefully fold in the egg whites and divide mixture into baking cups. Fill approximately 3/4 full. Best use a piping bag or an ice cream scoop to do this.
9. Place in the oven at 165°C and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
10. Take out and place on a cooling rack.

For the frosting

1. Melt the chocolate.*
2. Mix the cocoa powder with milk or Frangelico and make a smooth paste. Best add liquid little by little to avoid lumps.
3. Place butter in the bowl of your electric mixer with a paddle attachment. Whip up until light and fluffy.
4. Mix in the cocoa powder mixture and the melted chocolate.
5. Whip again and scrape down sides.
6. Work with the frosting at room temperature.

Finishing the cupcakes.

1. Place the frosting in a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe a large rosette on each cup cake.
2. Drizzle with some chocolate sauce and garnish with chocolate curls or other.
3. These are best enjoyed on the same day but can keep in an airtight container.

so yesturday was mum birthday and sis asked me to buy a small cake just for mum..i had a late finish from uni so to make it quick i decided to grab something small from breadtop..cos she likes asian cakes. ..for some reason i decided to grab the cheesecake ...went home surprised her..ate dinner then..the cake..

she took a nibble from my spooon and cringed and started skitzing at me..going omg thats disgusting soo cheesy and fatty. omg dont u know its bad for u? dont u know u have high cholesterol? erghh ergh omg what are we going to do with it..whyd u choose that cake? why couldnt u just buy a normal sponge cake?

got lost. went to ask for help. found the place.
BETTER HEARING AUSTRALIA. i will be volunteering for them starting next week..the people there are soooo cool and happy. if anything TOO HAPPY..maybe it was just a happy day..especially doug..he was like an old man that drank too much red cordial..
then went to uni. late for a class. attended another.
went to the labs did some work. asked leon for help..hes scary actually..
went to meet up with fatty to get my umbrella and earphones. she also bought me healthy cup! =)
went to eat at an indonesian restaurant on swanston. -forgot the name..

had mi goreng..it was O K..

went to glue shop. went to borders. went to coles.
went home with the queen.


lol. look what was written on the toilet cubicle wall i was in..LOL i bag about how people rip out their pens and textas to write all this crap in the toilets..and here i am taking pictures of them!..but..i had to for this one..fail xD

i think im just a very anti social person..and i just HATE.DREAD those moments where u see someone (someone who u havent seen in gazzilion years)..and they see u..cept they dont smile or respond in any way and u dont know if u should...and in my case 99% of the time i just turn away and HOPE that they dont remember me.. - - ..i dont know..i just rather not be snobbed? but i guess i should be more friendlier..mm what do u do? 

o and whats worse is..meeting someone randomly on the bus train and being obliged to talk to them because they said hi or u said hi and ur heading the same way or ur squished against their body - thanks to metro..so u HAVE TO TALK..and then the conversation dies because you have already asked..

well they were all the same to me until i was introduced, possibly persuaded and manipulated, by fatty into loving springvale's healthy cup milk tea with pearls. i used to hate them (pearls).. and now i just LOVE IT..tho its not the same if its not in springvale..
i tried it at union house bubblecup and the pearls were really hard..never knew there was a difference..

i want one now =)

on Tuesday 3/8/10 went to hang out with jen and linda. we ate at cafe cavillino. eleanor joined us a while later. before we ate jen was stalking cars and people to steal the car parking spot..we went around in circles more than 10 times! LOL finally we succeeded. it was linda day that day cos she had to go see the evil upc people.
what we ate: carbonara, marina, pizzawith two cheese, dried tomatoes, pumpkin, zucchini ..and not sure what else. all was yummy but we didnt finish everything ..my carbonara was like untouched! TT

yesturday i went to uni
went to coles with thy so she can buy ingredients..we decided to rigg the coles self service system to save money..so when we scanned the mushrooms thy decided to select it as a tomato..she picked the wrong type..the ones she picked were friggin $9 per kg anyways - - ..
then we went to thys place
she made me this sandwich which was very yummy..although you can barely taste the eggs and the mushrooms but its a must buy garlic spread! =) thankyou t.

then went to the city to pick up my sister from her interview
then went home
