relief

today my supervisor redid the pcr that i screwed up last week AND it didnt work yesssssss!
well unless im doing something ridiculously wrong with the pipetting and gel ..but yeh when nothing came up on the screen again today i was confused. only 2 products out of the 24 came up. hmm and omg i used the wrong nest primer so i had to redo everything again and she missed half of her seminar. = = sorry for being a snail
