Crème Brulée



ive never tasted a Crème Brulée so when i went to make one i didnt know what to expect
or how to approach the recipe and method..
i didnt even have the right equipment..like the ramekins.. so my small ceramic bowls had to suffice
i didnt have a blowtorch and my grill is f'd so i didnt get to accomplish the caramalised sugar on the surface..which defeats the purpose of a cream brulee..which according to wiki means burnt cream, crema catalana, or Trinity cream
so ..today i guess i made a custard?.. nervertheless..i love it..xD with an addition of fruits itd be perrrrfecto
..now i need to go buy a blowtorch and go eat a professionaly made Crème Brulée =)
