lazy sunday

saturday:
not much studying done. just recall doing a lot of fish related chores...

sunday:
most enjoyable memory so far. eating che xoi nuoc with the family whilst watching the sky water our garden. mmm i love eating this dish every now and then

che xoi nuoc:
glutinous rice skin with a mung bean paste inside + palm sugar ginger syrup + sesame seeds + coconut milk

whilst googling for a picture i found this website (including wiki) and they call this dish: che troi nuoc
..i guess it makes sense. lol first time i've ever seen this dish being called by this name.
sounds cute. lol

..back to 'studying'

    I like the 'y' most ie the little ones without the dau xanh inside. Not a fan of beans.
